Dr. Aggarwal pursued his medical education at the Maulana Azad Medical College (MAMC) in New Delhi, where he earned his MBBS degree. He later obtained his MD in Internal Medicine from the same institution.
Throughout his career, Dr. K.K. Aggarwal made significant contributions to the field of cardiology, focusing on preventive healthcare and raising public awareness about heart diseases. He was a strong advocate for adopting healthy lifestyle practices to prevent cardiovascular issues. Dr. KK Aggarwal served in various leadership roles in medical organizations. He was the President of the Indian Medical Association (IMA) and the Heart Care Foundation of India (HCFI). Tragically, Dr. K.K. Aggarwal passed away on May 17, 2021, due to complications from COVID-19. His demise was mourned by the medical fraternity, patients, and the wider community.
