Mr. Amar Singh (MP, Rajya Sabha) & Mr. Yoganand Shashtri Jee (Former Speaker Delhi Vidhan Sabha; Professor Delhi University) were the Chief Guests for the event who gave away the award certificates and trophies to the title holders.
